Proyect: Namnori House
This beautiful home has finishes of the highest quality. All the floors are marble and the main staircase was done in granite.
The house was done in cinderblock with some lightweight walls. Also, natural stones were used on the walls in the internal garden and the exterior staircase.
The structure of the roof is all metal; the ceilings are in Gypsum and Densglass.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction field, Luis Hernández Castro founded his own enterprise in 2002 to provide both Costa Ricans and newcomers to Costa Rica a pleasant and efficient construction experience.
His oldest son, Luis Alonso Hernández Muñoz, studied Civil Engineering at the Universidad Latina, one of the best private universities in Costa Rica, from which he graduated with honors in 2004. His second son, Mauricio Hernández Muñoz, earned his degrees in Business and Spanish Literature in the United States at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). The youngest son, Gustavo Hernandez, is also working for the company and currently studding Business Management at Universidad Latina.
At LHC Constructora we specialize in both residential and commercial building projects, as well as offering a variety of other services from remodeling to general maintenance.
